Song with notes

    A. Kh. Vostokov [Vostokov 1865, 203, 204] and I. K. Kupryanov [Kupryanov, 41] believe that the song was written at the same time as the Menaion text, but by a different hand (see also: Markov 1968, 558); the compilers of the JC think that the text was written in the ustav of the XI cent. [JC, 63]. The opinion of I.E. Eselevich [Ecelevich 1964а, 238] is that the song was written by the same scribe who wrote the Menaion text.

The song has no abbreviations. The text reads badly, the upper and lower parts are not visible due to intensive dark spots. The texts cited by A. Kh. Vostokov [Vostokov 1865, 203] and V. M. Markov [Markov 1968, 559] have discrepancies (see 1).

The flags above the song are similar to the note signs found in the Greek manuscripts of the IX-XI centuries and partly in the XII-XIV centuries [Papadopulo, 144-145] and also other Russian manuscripts with notes of the XII-XIV centuries [Findeisen, 97-98].
