    It is thought that by its linguistic (first of all replacement of w by x) and paleographical characteristics the manuscript is from Novgorod [Vostokov 1865, 204; Kupryanov, 40, 41; Markov 1964, 16; Nikolsky, 492; Granstrem, 18 et. al.]. T.V. Il'ina believes that the manuscript decoration (inicials) are specific to Novgorod [Il'ina, 17].
